Vitamin D Deficiency🤔
So I got my prenatal profile printed today for my travels next month and saw I have vitamin d deficiency. I tried googling if it causes birth defects but I'm lost as to what to believe and what not to believe.
Anyone have any advice?
And what IS this deficiency exactly?
