No sex relationship

Hey all, my boyfriend and I have been together for 5 years. Last year around this time we had a miscarriage and have not had sex since we found out. Basically, he never wants sex. I had asked him if the miscarriage scared him in which he replied no. Anytime I bring up sex and how long it’s been he gets apologetic and says he doesn’t realize it’s been so long. I’m 29 and he’s 28 and before this we never had any sexual problems. He never watches porn either. Anytime I bring up the topic he gets frustrated and apologetic. I confess that I feel like it’s me and he’s not attracted anymore and doesn’t love me and he says that’s not it. He said maybe he thinks something is happening to him and he should see a doctor but never goes. I’m stuck. I dont know what else to do. I feel like his roommate that only cuddles. Anyone ever been in this situation? Any advice?
