Worried

I'm a first time mom, 27 weeks + 6 and just a few minutes ago a small part of my gums in the front suddenly swelled, my lips, and my lower cheeks.

I also noticed my left hand felt swollen as well and the tip of my middle finger was numb.

This has never happened before until now.

I want to add that when I took a shower yesterday, I saw flashes of light to my left almost like stars, I thought I was trippin out so I was blinking, but I was seeing them. I wasn't dizzy or feeling faint, my shower wasn't steaming hot either. I've also been staying hydrated cause I always feel like I'm thirsty.

I've googled and it says it's preeclampsia, I know I shouldn't self diagnose. I'm going to call my ob's office later once they're open to get some insight. Has anyone ever felt this sudden onset of symptoms as well??
