How long does your temp stay up before it drops for AF?

My LP has been only 9-11 days since I started charting 6 months ago. 12 dpo today, temp still sky high, but bfn. 🤷🏼‍♀️

My bbt sometimes doesn’t drop until a day or two into my period.  It’s mega disappointing when you have a high temp and then find your period.

Per the Glow BBT page....
Once you’ve ovulated, your basal body temperature will shift up by at least four-tenths (0.4) of a degree Fahrenheit. If your temperature stays elevated for at least 3 days after that shift, then you know that you’ve ovulated.
If your BBT is elevated for more than 15 days without a period, there’s good chance that you might be pregnant.
If your BBT dips after the same number of days, then your period is most likely on its way.
