Bad cramps!!!
Any advice on how to get rid of menstrual cramps. It’s so so bad it makes me so miserable at that time of the month😔😔, I’ve had to miss school and even work cause of how bad it gets 😩😩😩 pills don’t work for me anymore.. some said birth control but I don’t know.. any solution please 😫😫😫😫
