Has anyone been to Camhs?
I'm having my first appointment tomorrow. I went to the doctors about 2 weeks ago about self harm, depression (you know, the usual) and was referred. Have any of you ever been? What was it like? Is it easy to open up? I know that when I was at my gp, I froze and couldn't get any words out at all, is camhs as formal and awkward? Thanks
