Level confusion

2 weeks ago i was told i was having a chemical pregnancy. They did blood work the 1st time my level was 44 HCG, then I went in again 48 hours later and it dropped to 38.....now it's been 2 weeks since that last draw and my level is up to 90! . Anyone ever had that happen?
