Normal after ovulation?

I am either 1/2 DPO and I have diarrhea (tmi) and a little bit of cramping also feeling nauseous is this normal from the progesterone??? I'm so confused I don't normally experience this after ovulation???? I'm confused on if maybe I ovulated earlier than I thought.
