Is this normal or should I go to the hospital

I may be over exaggerating but every single night I wake up to stomach pains and stomach gurgles. It’s soo stressful bc once I wake up I can’t go back to sleep . It’s almost like I have insomnia . I’m 8 DPO AF 12/5 and i tested bfn today so I’m not sure what’s going in . Who else has this
