Endometrisosis and fertility

So I received my results of my abdominal scan yesterday to find out why i have period pains constantly!(i already knew i had endo)

My ovaries are stuck to my uterus, i have a cyst bleeding into its self measuring approx 2.5cm on my ovary and my R ovary is apparently rather large!

Im now worried that i wont be able to conceive, waiting on appointment from gynae!

Has anyone had this and still managed to get pregnant!

I have not used contraception since 2010 and finally got pregnant in 2014 to tjen miscarry and not been able to get pregnant since
