When I found out I was pregnant I bought a bottle of folic acid and a bottle of prenatals, every time I tried to take a folic acid I would gag because of the type of pill it is, so I stopped taking them and I’ve been stressed ever since thinking my baby will be born with spinabifida because of it but I just found out my prenatals have folic acid in them, thank god! Such a weight lifted off my shoulders because I felt so guilty not taking them
