Symptoms?

Did any of you girls have early symptoms in the ttw? I don't know if I'm panicking or what? I feel really weird and I usually don't have any problems before AF gets here. I've been getting cramps like no other on one side of my body near my abdomen, I've been hungry more but also I'll sometimes eat 2 bites and be done then 10 minutes later I'll be hungry again, and I'm so gassy, & my boobs/nipples hurt so bad. My week was pretty busy. Any chance I conceived? Sending baby dust to all 💓
