I’m getting both positive and negative tests

So I’m really confused emotions are all over the place. I felt pregnant, I had quite a few symptoms over the past 2 weeks, I hadn’t tracked my period so not sure if it was on time but from 26th -29th November

I bled lightly. Last night I took a test at work and it was negative but then 20 mins later I could see a faint second line, so I did 2 more then half hour- a hour later they all looked the same. I posted a picture everyone agreed there was 2 lines but then I did a clear blue test today and it’s negative. I don’t know what to think now.
