BREASTS LEAKING AFTER THEY STOPPED

she had her baby a year ago and tried to breastfeed her child. she wouldn't latch and had to take formula and wouldn't switch back when she had her tongue clipped. she stopped leaking when her baby was about 3 months old. her baby is almost 13 months old now and her breasts are starting to leak again. she is wondering if it is normal.
