Age and distance gap.

Okay, so im new here and I have a need advice. So I'm 15 and I'm dating this 18yr old guy that lives exactly 1,283 miles away from me, the distance is tough but we don't know if the age gap is a bad thing, but we care a lot for eachother and we don't want to separate just because of our ages. We don't know what to do. Any advice?
