Heart racing?

I'm 10weeks and sometimes my heart feels like it is racing and pounding out of my chest. Almost feels like I'm short of breath. But my pulse and blood pressure is normal. Anyone have this happen to them?

I did. Was told it’s normal

I did and it was because my iron dropped quite fast x

I’ve been the same way the whole time pretty much! Im 20w tomorrow and always feel like my heart will be out of my chest and get short of breath from doing the dumbest of activities lol. I was pretty active before I got pregnant so I know I can’t be that out of shape lol.

When you're pregnant your blood vessels expand to get more blood flow to the baby, could be why.

Could it be an anxiety attack? Do you also feel faint? Clammy? I get them out of the blue sometimes and they’re like what you described.

I did. But it was caused by my very low iron. I had an infusion and it eased a lot.
