I'm 37+1 and have never ever had contractions like this. I've had an occasional Braxton hick but for the past hour and a half I've been having contractions lasting about 30-45 seconds every 4-7 minutes. Should I worry? I have read online that these can go away after a while and that you shouldn't be super concerned unless they get so bad you can't walk. Right now they feel like bad period cramps in my lower back and abdomen and belly gets super hard and makes it kind of hard to breathe.
