Pregnancy mental health group?

Is this a group for mental health during pregnancy or just mental health? I'm hoping for the former! I moved to a new country a week before finding out I am pregnant (now 11 weeks along) and struggling to adjust. Having symptoms of depression.

Answer

This is the latter (there are different apps that use the forum, not just pregnancy app). There is a postpartum mental health support group that might be better to message in, as you’ll find more woman in that group who may have experienced what you’re going through.
I can highly recommend searching online for a perinatal depression support group/company in the area you live. Most likely they will have contact people who can do an assessment on you. Plus they might have individual or group support to offer.
I’ve experienced what you’re going through, and so encourage you to get support now, early on.
