Ava Bracelet Tips?

Anyone out there have any tips on the Ava Bracelet? It was gifted to me second hand so it’s just the bracelet, no directions. I looked up directions online and will pair it tonight when it’s done charging. The only thing she said was that the light would wake her up if it wasn’t tight enough. Also, I’m on Clomid and I heard temping isn’t as accurate on Clomid because of the hot flashes (I only have mild ones, usually while I’m sleeping). Any input on this? Thanks in advance 💜
