Are these PMS symptoms normal?
Okay so I’ve googled symptoms of PMS and these things I experience are never on the list & I want to know if they’re normal.
•heavyyy thick off-white discharge the week/5days before my period
•very low appetite
•really sharp pains in my lower back that make it difficult to stand
I’m sure theres other ones i’ve noticed and forgotten but these are the big ones.
