So I’ve been off depo shot 3yrs I started taking pill to. Help with my period but I stop soon as I Got a sign of menstrual ‼️But it started staying on a 2weeks then went from 2 weeks to a week but Starting on Sep 23 it’s been coming on at the end of each month on the ‼️23‼️ I was taking vitex supplements starting nov 1 but it made my cycle stay on 37 days so I stop taking them asap but 😔 now it’s off & now I have one slight problem it spots ONE TIME A DAY AND GOES AWAY ??? I need Help and advice on WhT to do I’m trying To conceive but No luck ‼️‼️😔😩
