Detroit: Become Human

de

There is a part in this game that displays child abuse and domestic violence.

You play an AI house care unit named Kara. Your owner, the father, has instructed you that you clean, cook, and take care of Alice. You make sure her homework is done, and "all that crap".

Soon, you learn that you have been there before but the father broke you. Alice is being abused, and the controversial scene that takes place is when the father beats Alice to death.

But that's just one outcome, the game provides you with several choices to save Alice, one in which you run away, the other you stay and fight and one in which, well I don't want to spoil the game so I'm just gonna stop there.

The game has been under fire because of this scene alone, but I feel like they shouldn't change anything. Yes, it's horrendous but children go through this every day.

What are your opinions?

The scene might be named Alice & Todd, but searching Detroit: Become Human under fire will pull up this scene.
