To the boy who moo'd every time I'd walk by in the 4th grade and continued until he moved away in the 10th grade.
To the girl who said I was fat.
To the gym teacher who gave me pitiful looks.
To the teacher who never did anything about the girls who laughed at me.
To the kids who wouldn't let me join their group.
To the kid who asked me why I was in the lunch line when I had obviously eaten enough already.
To the all the people who described me as, "The big one".
To the guy who said I would permanently have a double chin.
To the girls who told me I'd never find love.
To the guy that said he'd be my only chance to get laid.
To the guys in the car that yelled awful things at me.
To the coworker that referred to me as, "the fat bitch".
To the boys who would openly point and laugh.
To the boys on the bus who would ask me how much I weighed everyday. When I wouldn't tell them they'd guess things like 600 pounds.
To they guy who cancelled our date because he wasn't into big girls.
To the kids who'd laugh at me as they'd run past me in gym.
To everyone who ever said anything about my weight,

I've lost 112 pounds and I am damn proud. I proved all those people wrong. I struggled my entire life with my weight. I went to doctor after doctor to try and fix my problem, nobody could help. I went to a specialist and he had the answer, I had PCOS. After seeing him, I finally did it. I did it.




I could not say thank you enough! Each comment means so much and is precious to me. Y'all have the kindest hearts and beautiful souls. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
For those who are asking about how I did it, diet and exercise. I basically eat only things that God put on Earth. If it's man made, don't eat it. Of course there are exceptions like nonfat dairy items, foods that are sugar free, things of that nature. With PCOS, you'll have to work twice as hard. Everyone's body is different. My diet may not work with you. There are many different ways to loose weight. Try them all until you find the one that works for you. Remember that exercise is key. You can loose weight without it, but it makes it harder if you don't.
No matter what happens, do not give up. Keep going. You can do it. If I can, you can. Please don't give up.
