Weird orgasm?

I’ve been noticing every time I orgasm (or at least I think I am), my whole body shakes. That is alright, but I’ve also noticed afterwards that I don’t seem much calmer and my heart is still racing. Is this normal?

Also, I’ve heard that women can come multiple times consecutively but for me I’m not sure how anyone does it, as right after I do it, touching myself hurts. I have to wait a little bit. I’m guessing this is normal too but I’m not 100 on it.

Am I doing something wrong?
