Trying to get fit
So me and my boyfriend are not in the best shape. We both been thinking about the fasting diet but I know it’s not the healthiest. I work two jobs and go to school and he works all day.
Any other ideas mine is just mainly belly fat I’m 5ft 3 and a quarter almost 280 so I know it’s not healthy at all and a good amount is in my boobs. I would like to try to get down to 180 at the most. I attached a photo so you girls can see what I’m working with. Please help
