I was just diagnosed with bilateral polycystic ovaries.

My right ovary was 13cc with more than 30 follicles (all less than 7mm).

My left ovary was 19cc and more than 20 follicles (all less than 7mm).

I also had a left fundal sub serosal fibroid measuring 2.4x2cm.

I Guess the good news was my endometrium was normal and I have periods every 29-36 days.

My insulin in normal but my AMH was over 56 pmol/L.

Just wondering if anyone else has had similar results or stood a chance of conceiving naturally !!!! Im not sure at all how serious my case is but I was alarmed by the number of cysts I have.
