NICU ptsd
Any NICU/preemie moms have ptsd from spending so much time in the NICU? Even though he has been home for 2 and a half months, Some days I feel like I’m going crazy with the flooding of memories and flashbacks. Something as little as my baby sleeping longer than usual will trigger me. Any suggestions? Please
