Need some advice.. please

Okay so I went to my OBGYN last week and she checked my cervix and said that it’s soft and swollen and I was about 5-7 weeks, and I took the fetal Doppler (yes I know it was wrong) and I’m able to see the heartbeat and slightly hear it it’s between 130-158 bpm. And I got blood work and she called me saying my hcg was low almost negative. I go back tomorrow and I’m going to have her check my cervix again. And I’ve looked up about hearing your own heartbeat but it’ll be 70-98bpm. I’m really confused. And just want some advice please no negative comments.
