Should I Go to the hospital?

my 50+ pound dog decided to jump up in the couch where i wad laying down and put all of her weight right on my stomach and pelvis. I'm only 11 weeks. But I've been cramping and my entire abdomen is clenching now. it just hurts, but not stabbing pain, just a dull pain that gets worse when i move.

If there is no bleeding you are prpbably just fine baby is tucked away in there but you could always go get checked for peace of mind

No your fine.. you are most likely cramping unrelated to the dog.. your baby is safe and tucked away, if you start to bleed that's when you should be concerned.. if you are very worried I'd just call

Your cramping is probably from round ligament pain from your uterus stretching in size. Baby is tucked deep inside you. You’re more likely to be hurt than baby is. If you’re still concerned, call your provider, see what they say, don’t rush to the ER, unless you’re bleeding.
