Ok. First let me say I can not believe I’m asking this question but..... I am.

Back story. This is my 3rd pregnancy. My 2nd pregnancy was vanishing twin syndrome. 3rd pregnancy again twins were found at 5w3d. Went back in at 6w3d told there was no longer twins again. Fast forward. Pregnancy has been intense. Morning sickness well past 16 weeks. Fundal height measuring bigger by 1.5 weeks which isn’t abnormal for my pregnancies. Here is the catch. I have had numerous ultrasounds. All quick little peaks to see heart beat then done. Had my anatomy scan. Caught low lying placenta so had to go back at 25 weeks to be checked. During this scan they noticed baby has drastically slowed on his growth. But yet I still physically measure big.

My sister has had hidden twins. Even with biweekly ultrasound they didn’t discover her twins till she was 20+ weeks. This was about 7 years ago.

I know I sound stupid but I notoriously have big babies. My babies have never measured small. Baby is sitting on my cervix, pressed hard on my cervix head down and yet even though I am 25 weeks I feel kicking in my ribs. This early?
