I've never went into labor on my own. I had back labor with my 2nd, but that was 4yrs ago. what does the beginning of back labor feel like? my back started hurting a couple hours ago & it's just a constant pain. it's like a constant cramping feeling. it slightly subsides but comes back full force. it hurts worse when I have braxton hicks. laying down on my left side doesn't seem to be easing the pain at all
