Feel scared after a miscarriage 5 months ago
I am ttc but I feel very scared before my period I act odd I won't carry heavy items and I won't even tire myself out when I walk to my car after work which is a 15/20 min walk I feel off edge also when I hold my handbag which has groceries in I feel like this because when I miscarried I was walking too much and carrying heavy items which has left a phobia
