Breakup

My boyfriend of a year and a half broke up with me about a month ago. He says that his feelings have changed and that he didn’t want to stay committed to someone he didn’t believe he’d stay with forever, but ever since he ended it, he continues to flirt with me and reach out to me about hanging out... I really want to stay friends with him but I’m so confused about what to do. I know he didn’t/doesn’t want to hurt me but he’s okay with hooking up and hanging out just not the title of being together anymore. I haven’t done either of those since the breakup because I knew it wasn’t right, but I can’t help but want to also because I’m still in love with him.
