Hi ladies my husband and I fell pregnant after 5 months of trying and I had a MMC at 11 weeks baby stopped growing at 8+3 weeks this happens 6 weeks ago heart broken every single day ! I had my af show 4 weeks after d&c; it was all good not to heavy not. To light then got straight into TTC again but I’ve had spotting in my fertile window and have had ovulation pains wtf is going on never before have I spotted mid cycle !!! HELP PLEASE ANYONE SOME POSITIVE PLEASE
