Am I in the wrong??

Me and my ex boyfriend broke up over a month ago and I’ve already met someone new 🤦🏼‍♀️ I’ve known this boy for over a year and always thought he was a nice boy but never really saw him in that way until recently. He is everything that I like in a guy personality wise and treats me with so much respect at all times. He’s friends with my ex and my ex knows about him and me, am I being mean for moving on so fast even though my ex broke up with me because he did not love me anymore?:/ my ex recently came back to me begging for me back because he realised he still loves me and can’t be without me but as soon as he found out about the boy he didn’t want anything to do with me
