Sooo I got nosy one day and tried to get into my step daughters iPad (she’s 10) and accidentally put in the passcode wrong a few to many times, and before it disabled.. my dog stepped on it and it entered an invalid passcode again.

So thankfully she hasn’t been on it in months but just finally picked it up and realized it was disabled. Her account is actually connected to her moms so she had to bring it back there and do a complete factory reboot... she asked me today if I put in the wrong code and I said no. I know I know awful, but now I feel the moral dilemma... Id prefer her mom not knowing I was being nosy, ( I can see all her moms texts on there) ..

Tell me what you would do! I feel so bad all her pictures are gone.. but she does have a phone if her own so I don’t feel AS bad.
