NEED YOUR ADVICE!! PLEASE!!!!
Hi ladies, need your advice. I’ve struggled with anxiety and OCD for my entire life. I’m currently pregnant, and my anxiety is even more distracting now. Any advice on how to not obsess/get anxiety over situations I cannot control? I can’t get it out of my head and it’s making me so anxious. I’m on a low dose of anxiety medication and it seems to do nothing. At times I feel like the anxiety/ocd is taking over my life and I can’t enjoy my pregnancy. Any advice is very much appreciated!
