Please help, what can I take?

I’ve had a headache since last night, which is unusual for me. I’ve been getting enough water so I’m just assuming it’s a pregnancy headache.
I’m 4 weeks, what can I take? Is child’s Advil okay? 
I don’t take pain relievers often so I think that might be enough.

No. Only Tylenol. You can take up to a gram or 2 x 500 mg (extra strength Tylenol) every 8 hours also you can take Benadryl. 
If you have reglan it’s an anti nausea medication then you can take one of those + the Tylenol + Benadryl 25 or 50 mg and create a mini migraine cocktail. Warning..... can make you very sleepy if you aren’t used to it.

I know a lot of caffeine isn’t recommended but with this pregnancy I’ve had the worst caffeine headaches. I’ve been drinking a few glasses of sweet tea a day and it’s helped so much
