Dreams about babies

So today me and my boyfriends family went out to eat for his little sisters 17th birthday. Well I ended up getting really sick when I got there his mom started saying that oh she don’t want grand babies ever then all the sudden when I got sick she said out this reminds me of the dreams I am having someone taking a pregnancy test and it being positive ... me and my boyfriend just pushed the conversation off and haven’t said anything else.

I don’t know how I personally feel about this because we have been having unsafe sex and a lot more recently I been having close to the same dreams.
