Hey guys so I just recently had a beautiful baby girl on November. And we were looking to have a second baby. We are thinking of trying again next year. How Can I have twin boys ?  Is there any possibility to conceive twin boys if I do anything in particular? Any advice or suggestions? What Can I do to have twins naturally??

To have twins naturally you generally have to have a family history of twins. It also helps if you're 30 or older your chance of having twins goes up. You can't do anything to guarantee the sex of the twins or even guarantee getting pregnant with twins. I have a twin brother, and a strong family history of twins on both sides of my family so I've thought long and hard about my own chances of having twins.
