Is this normal while pregnant?

I'm 26 weeks and some days, and way here lately I've been having some pain (not really pain but more a dull ache, like you get in your muscles after a good workout) in my lower belly and the insides of my thighs. But I only get it after I have been sitting for awhile or whenever I first get up in the morning. But, once I start walking around it goes away, though sometimes the ache is worse than others. Do I need to go in and discuss this with my OB? Has anyone else experienced it? I know you guys are not doctors.
