When did you give your baby their first taste of baby food or table food?

whenever the pediatrician APPROVED IT FOR UR CHILD.  it's usually around 6 months. some pediatricians even say 5 months,  depending on the baby. u need to consult your pediatrician before starting solids

4 almost 5 months I introduced sweet potato. My pediatrician recommended it because of the rate my son was growing, he needed more

We let my son lick an apple yesterday. He's two months old, and he did not like it 😂

My pediatrician told us we could start at 4 months. I started out with cereal but my son didn’t really like It. He actually didn’t start liking food until now, he’s 23 weeks old which is more so closer to 6 months. Ask your pediatrician though, they normally do an exam of your baby to make sure they can hold their head steady and all that before they give you the ok on solids.
