I'm back to take a CC poll on inappropriate pictures

So I posted these on Facebook bc it's the easiest way for me to access my photos for Shutterfly. It's going to be cropped for a headshot only, as I want to be it in a frame that says mommy+daddy=me. I did one for my son and now want to for my daughter.

Then my estranged husband (were separated with the hopes of making the marriage work) called me berating me about how inappropriate these pictures are and now he's not sure he wants to make his marriage work anymore.

Are these pictures inappropriate? Comments welcome.
