Community wash rooms/ Laundry Mat
So I’m not sure if everyone has had experience in any form of community laundry, rather it’s with room mates, at a laundry mat or the apartment complex washroom, but do you find it rude to move peoples clothes just so u can begin washing?
At my apartment complex we only have 3 separate wash rooms each has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. One of the rooms is out of order, so for about 100 apartments, we have 4 washing machines and 4 dryers. Of all days my dumb ass decided to wash in a Sunday (I’ve literally been going commando for 1.5 weeks 🤷🏻♀️😂). I wait till the time the football games are going typically it’s not too bad and I can manage using 1 washer.
Well today all of the washers were being used. So I decided to wit a few hours, I get back to check and they’re still in use, both the washing machines and dryers are at 0 time and the persons clothes are just sitting in them. I left hoping I’d give the person enough time to get their clothes out and hour goes by and still the clothes are just sitting there.
I’m honestly debating rather I should take the clothes out of the dryer and lay them flat on the folding station and put their clothes in the dryer for them or just leave all the clothes on the folding station.
The washing place closes at 9 leaving me only 4 hours to get 3 loads done. Would it be rude of me to touch the clothes just sitting there?
