Got the results from hip ultrasound😪

So about a week ago I had a ultrasound on my hip, due to awful pains shooting down my leg, not being able to walk and trouble moving in bed. I believed it had something to do with nerves. But today I got my results back and it's not nerve pain, I have an infection in my upper thigh & they can not do anything about it until my baby's born. As the 2 treatments they would normally use I can't otherwise it'll hurt the baby.

So I'm currently 12w 1d & I have a long way to go, I don't know how much longer I can go through this pain😪😪😪
