Itchy and cramps

I've recently learned I am 4 weeks and 6 days pregnant. The bottoms of my feet have been really itchy along with my calves. Aso I have had cramps I know slight cramping is normal but this is consistent and painful at times. I'm not bleeding though. Any advice would Help!
