Evening sickness?

So these past couple evenings I’ve been getting very nauseated. I never feel sick in the mornings is evening sickness even a thing? Lol I know I sound crazy but this is my first pregnancy and I was just wondering..

They just call it morning sickness.... just because you have nausea/vomit in the evening or afternoon doesn’t mean it’s not morning sickness....lolll

Is dinner your biggest meal of the day? After dinner do you sit still and relax for awhile or start the next part of your routine? It might be indigestion. There is a small valve at the end of your esophagus that keeps food from coming up from your stomach. It, like every other organ in the body, is relaxed by hormones during pregnancy. If you move around a lot after a meal, your food may not be settling. I have this problem so bad that I can't even laugh after eating.

My first pregnancy was all day sickness lol. So yes evening sickness is a thing I guarantee 😂😂

Yes I'm pregnant with my 4th baby and ALWAYS get evening sickness, right around dinner time. I learned to eat a decent sized mini meal around 4pm when I can still eat, and again a small snack right before bed when it's settled a bit. Don't let your stomach get too empty, it makes it worse, at least for me.

When I was pregnant with my daughter the only time I was sick was after a drink at night, no matter what the drink was I’d be sick. Haha was so annoying.
