Food Aversions


How do I get myself to eat more healthy protein? I cook my favorite meals and then pick at them. I haven't eaten any meat today and all I want is a simple bowl of cereal instead of the lemon and herb crusted salmon I made. My doctor says everything is fine except for my recent anemia. I started taking iron supplements since finding out. When I try to force myself to eat what I don't want, I get nauseous. Any advice?
