I heard it’s good to take prenatal before one is pregnant ?! What are some prenatal you guys recommend.

I'm still TTC, but I've been taking the vitafusion prenatal gummies. Only issue is that they don't contain calcium or iron. Iron makes me sick, but I am also taking CVS brand calcium gummies. Seems to be working fine!
