I am approx 6 weeks with my first. we have a scan on Saturday to check on things. however I am absolutely made up with cold and have been for 5 days now. sneezing every 5 minutes, so much head pressure it may explode, my teeth hurt I am that congested, my eyes are puffed up and sore from the pressue too. I know medicine wise all I can take is paracetamol. does anyone have any home remedies that are safe?? I need something to relive this now. can I do a steam? if so is olbas oil safe? Or am I best just doing hot water and steam? thanks in advance
